A note on the inflation figure
The result is highly sensitive to the education inflation rate you assume. Moving it from 8% to 10% over fifteen years changes the target substantially. Try a few values and plan against the pessimistic one, the cost of over-saving is far lower than the cost of falling short in the year the fee is due.
